If you like zombie comics and/or movies, you have to check this title out:
"The Walking Dead is centered around a small-town police officer in Kentucky named Rick Grimes, his family, and a number of other survivors who have banded together in order to survive after the world is overrun with zombies. As the series progresses, Rick and the others become more developed, and their personalities shift under the stress of a zombie apocalypse. Fighting growing despair—and occasionally each other—the group searches for a secure location which they can finally call home."
I know a few of you are already reading this book so you know how good it is. This would make a great TV series.

If I'm not mistaken #31 was the last one out. The best way to get caught up is to buy the trade paperbacks. Volume 5 came out last month which takes you up to issue #30.
The early issues are hard to find and go for a good penny on Ebay. I've just been reading the trades myself.

I haven't read an Image book since The Maxx came out back in the day. But Walking Dead is like crack! It's an amazing book. The fact that it's character driven and you become attached to the people in the story just leaves you wanting more every time you finish an issue. The dude that writes it also does Invincible for Image which is the same way. I actually like that book a tad more but both are great. Invincible reads like old Ditko Spiderman. He somehow manages to make this Super-type character into an accessible everyman in a very natural way. A very talented writer. The art in both of these series aint too shabby either.

This series rocks!
Still the best book Robert Kirkman puts out. I read it in trade and I love every minute of it. I will say that I do miss Tony Moore on the book but the other artist is still very good.
Great stuff for Zombie fans or just a good stories with great characters.
